She holds Master Trainer, Master Facilitator, and Instructional Design certifications from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and is a certified Autism Fundamentals Specialist, a certificate she earned through the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Her work integrates instructional design, facilitation strategy, cognitive learning principles, leadership development, and lived experience. She designs training programs that help educators, organizations, community leaders, and families move from insight to action.
